These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by EpiqFlo / Excalibur Contractors Pty Ltd. By accepting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Additional work required (such as repairs, extra preparation, or hidden defects) may result in a variation to the final price.

• Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of GST.

2. Deposits & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm and schedule your booking.

• The remaining balance is due on practical completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or another agreed method.

• Failure to make payment at practical completion may result in additional charges or recovery action.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of commencement.

• Jobs may be rescheduled due to weather, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Site Preparation & Access

The client must ensure the site is ready and accessible. This includes:

• Clear and safe access to the work area

• Adequate power supply

• Removal of personal belongings, vehicles, and obstructions

Delays caused by site inaccessibility may result in additional charges.

5. Warranty

EpiqFlo / Excalibur Contractors Pty Ltd provides a warranty on workmanship and coating systems for the following periods:

• Residential projects: 5 years

• Commercial projects: 7 years

• Industrial projects: up to 10 years (depending on the system installed)

Warranty excludes:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance

• Substrate movement, moisture issues, or structural defects

• Normal wear and tear or environmental damage beyond the system’s intended performance

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence (e.g. photos).

6. Liability

While all reasonable care is taken, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing defects in the surface or structure

• Hidden substrate conditions (e.g. moisture, cracks)

• Consequential or indirect damages

Our liability is limited to the total value of the services provided.

7. Variations

• Any variation to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing and may result in additional charges.

• Variations may include extra coats, extended preparation, or repair work outside the original scope.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
